Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without a gift set from Baylis & Harding. I’m sure I receive one most years.
That’s why when I was kindly sent the Garden House Slipper set £10 by Tesco Beauty for review I was pretty darn chuffed.
The set contains a pair of white fluffy slippers, a foot soak and some foot lotion perfect for pampering yourself on those days when your feet are aching from all that running around life chucks at you.
The sent of the lotion and foot soak are a very light floral, nothing too strong or overpowering. I’m really not a fan of strong florals so this is perfect for me.
The foot lotion is fairly light and absorbs nicely without leaving you with slippery feet. Has anyone else ever had one of those post foot cream accidents? No…..? Just me then!
I do feel if you are someone with very cracked heels this wouldn’t be a rich enough foot cream for you. If you are like me though who just gets a bit of hard skin if ignored then this cream is suitable.
My favourite part of the set is the super fluffy slippers. I have actually had a similar set from Baylis & Harding in the past that included the exact same slippers. The quality of them is great and I’ve only just thrown them out mainly as they were covered in spilt tea. Yes I’m a messy moo. Luckily I now have a new pair to replace them with.
Tesco have lots of great Christmas gifts on offer right now. You can also double up on your club card vouchers to save yourself some money. I have seen this set in store, but if Internet shopping is your thing then you have until December 21st to order using their free click and collect service.
